Integral Yoga

The teachings and practices of Integral Yoga®, as taught by Sri Swami Satchidananda integrate the various branches of Yoga namely Raja, Hatha, Bhakti, Karma, Jnana and Japa Yoga to help one find inner peace and joy.

Integral Yoga® is a complete science that cultivates and maintains the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health of the individual. The non-competitive approach and meditative exploration of the practices of Integral Yoga® create an indrawn awareness allowing you to get in touch with deeper and more subtle aspects of your being. Classes are suitable for people of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. It is taught in an easeful and meditative manner that allows you to progress at a pace that is natural to you. You will be guided to a deep level of physical and mental well-being, vitality and relaxation that aids flexibility, strength and health to the entire system.

Classes are run as a 10 week course allowing you to completely immerse into each asana with ease and awareness. As you become familiar with the sequence you will find a heightened awareness with letting go, releasing and relaxing. The classes have an added bonus of also integrating Ayurveda awareness – the sister science of Yoga.
