Slow Yoga was especially created for the 50+ age group. The classes are designed to stimulate the body while calming the mind. Gentle and slow movements help the body to relax by stretching, strengthening, lengthening the muscles, opening up stiff joints but also by increasing blood circulation, boosting the immune system and metabolism. These sessions are done standing or alternatively in chairs and also include breathing exercises that help improve focus, memory and clarity.
We work with various Care Homes around the country but also with small groups of people.
