Ayurveda uses Spiritual Healing as part of a holistic approach to alleviate illnesses or difficulties in one’s life. These treatments are often combined with therapeutic or wellness treatments or used separately to help our clients. It is recommended you try these alongside other treatments so to have a total experience of healing and wellbeing.
Chakra Balancing Treatment
Chakra Balancing is a profound Ayurvedic treatment using marma therapy (pressure points), crystals, hot herbal oils and an Om tuning fork to improve current chakra energy so the glandular system is balanced.

Reiki Healing
Reiki draws from “universal energy” and works at all levels of human existence – physical, mental and spiritual which bring balance and harmony to the whole body. It is an ancient form of healing believed to have spread through Tibet, China and India decades ago. It was rediscovered in the late 19th century in Sanskrit teachings from the days of the Buddha by Dr. Mikao Usui, a Japanese Christian minister and theology teacher. The word Reiki is Japanese where “Rei” means “universal” and “Ki” means life energy – the same as in the Chinese “chi” or the Sanskrit “prana”. This vital life giving energy is channelled through the Reiki healer to the recipient of a treatment to activate the body’s natural ability to heal itself.
Amnanda Process
“A little bit of oil and unconditional love” is what makes this age old method of Ayurvedic healing so profound that even monks used it! The oil is made with special herbs, crystals and mantras that act as a vehicle for transformation making changes from within. It is a process of 12 monthly treatments that work to remove crystalline structures that are formed in the connective tissues at cellular level.
