Yoga is a holistic practice as it is concerned with health at all levels of our being :- physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. The word yoga comes from the Sanskrit word Yuj meaning to unite and to bring together.Yoga brings harmony to body, mind and spirit and heals by balancing our diverse energies, working towards wholeness.
A yoga therapy session is aimed for individuals requiring special attention to deal with specific problems or simply trying to fortifying their yoga practice. There will be asanas which are yoga postures that encourage good functioning of the body's systems and organs, pranayama (breathing exercises) and relaxation techniques.
